Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defects. Defective items must be returned within 3 days of receiving the shipment for domestic orders. Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for returns due to logistical reasons and stringent customs laws in India.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. For returns due to defects, the amount can be adjusted against the same product or applied towards another order.
